Children

Part of faithfulness to Jesus’ Great Commission is to pass down the gospel to the next generation. First Baptist’s children’s ministry seeks to do this by partnering with parents to help raise up children to be committed followers of Jesus through age-appropriate, Bible-based teaching.

For more information on what is provided for children on Sundays & Wednesdays, you can speak to one of our volunteers at the Kids Check-In (located on the 2nd/sanctuary floor) or read below.

Sundays

• Small Groups (check-in opens at 9:15 AM)

  • Childcare: Birth - age 2

  • Preschool Small Groups: Age 3 - Kindergarten

  • Children’s Small Groups: 1st - 6th Grade

• Worship Service

  • Childcare: Birth - Age 2

    (if not checked-in before Small Groups, check-in before service)

  • Preschool Worship: Age 3 - Kindergarten

    (if not checked-in before Small Groups, check-in before service)

  • PowerZone: 1st - 4th Grade

    (dismissed halfway through Worship Service)

Wednesdays

(check-in opens at 5:45 PM)

• Childcare: Birth - Age 2

• Mission Friends: Age 3 - Kindergarten

• Bible Club: 1st - 4th Grade

• Step-Up: 5th - 6th Grade
